About me
My name is Natascha Rouette. I love life and want to make the most of it. Specifically, this means that I turn dreams into goals and refuse to be limited by societal standards, uncertainties, or thought patterns that occupy my mind. In my world, passion, creativity, and courage come together, giving me a diverse background.
As an intuitive entrepreneur, I have gone through a journey filled with highs and lows. From conceptualizing and realizing the Graote Vastelaovend Show during a pandemic, to running multiple businesses and formats, and even introducing a 32-hour workweek for my team, my life is an adventure full of challenges and successes. I tackle all sorts of challenges... And before you know it, you're on TV appearing on Holland's Got Talent.
But my journey is not only filled with professional achievements. As a wife and mother of two wonderful children, I know better than anyone how important it is to find a good balance in life. Since I believe that your work situation is a significant part of this, I prefer to talk about LIFE Balance instead of work-life balance. My personal experiences, including overcoming setbacks like rejections and business failures, have taught me that failure is an essential part of growth and success!
